Unhappy customer here, Google says they close at 2pm and I show up at 155pm and say they are closed. I tell them they need to fix their hrs on Google and lady running they kitchen says they closed a 130pm and the lady at the gas station register sees I m upset and asks what do I need. I said a bagel but Google has wrong hrs. She says hrs are right on Google but they stop serving at 145pm. I don't know to believe now. 3 different versions.

This Einstein’s is located inside a convenience store. The people running the store and the Einstein’s counter were welcoming and the service was excellent. Unfortunately when I bit into half a bagel at home it smelled and tasted like dish soap. I smelled the other bagels and detected the same soap smell. The bagels were not fresh so maybe the area where defrosted or stored was near soap? I threw the bagels out. Clearly the store had many regulars coming in so my hope is my experience with the bagels was an exception.

This location is inside the gas station. Quick and simple menu, great food in a timely fashion, staff is pretty chill. No, they don’t have hot Einsteins coffee, but they have a few cold brew options.

This has nothing to do with the staff, just be wary of this location because they have a VERY limited menu. Don't rely on the menu provided online because it is wrong.

Nice to have a bagel spot this far South, but I wouldn’t recommend it. Bagels were on the small side and had almost no cream cheese (one of my bagels you could barely even tell they added anything). When paying an extra $2 for cream cheese you should get more than a teaspoons worth

Not really an Einstein's. Worker was kinda rude and they are missing a huge chunk of the menu.

Einstein Bros stole $11.89 from me. Let it go you say? Yes, I would.....except! They have known about the online ordering issue for WEEKS and have not either fixed it, or shut it down to fix it. Instead, there is many, many people out there getting ripped off from Einstein. The story is, on Oct 7th I was in the area and was craving a bagel sandwich. I ordered online for a pick up at the Braker location. It immediately gave me an error. I went and checked my bank and the money was on hold, so I was hoping it went through. I went up to the cashier and she said no, they didn't have it and another worker said "oh yeah, the mobile order doesn't work". Immediately the customer behind me stated this same thing had happened to him weeks ago and he will never use the mobile ordering again. He said it took over a week to get his money back, and his was over $50!! I asked the workers what I was supposed to do, they told me to contact corporate and I would get a refund. So I left, very upset. There is no way to call corporate. They only use email which take 3-5 days for a response. Not customer friendly! So they reach out to me today, Oct 10th (Monday was a holiday), and stated they were having a hard time finding the order and could I verify some information (store I ordered from, picture of my bank statement) which I provided. They then came back and asked if I was sure it was this store and what did I order. I provided that, then told them to go ahead and keep the money. I was done with the emailing back and forth. Pick up the phone and have a conversation with me! They have a known issue that they are not fixing or letting customers know about. I saw another review on another sight where the person said Einstein was refusing to give her money back! This is theft! Straight up theft. I learned my $12 lesson. Never go to Einstein Bros but if you must, do NOT use the mobile ordering theft system.

First time employees were only just showing up at 6:30 so we had to leave. Second time they had only a few options for bagels. Not sure we will bother with a 3rd time especially when the wm cannon/mopac location is fairly close.

So happy there is an Einstein finally close to home! Great bagels, sandwiches, and customer service! The gas station it’s located in has a great selection also and is very clean. The farmhouse sandwich with two eggs is our go-to!

Hope to see a full-size Einstein's with a full selection, but this one is great! Friendly staff, bagels taste fresh, delicious.

Would not honor an Einstein Bagels gift card I was given by one of my students!

The younger staff there is rude and needs to learn some manners. Prices are high

Joelle

Friendly staff. Inside the gas station. Very clean
