Bad service , marginal bagels . too busy with togos to accommodate people who actually walk in .

They took forever and when they finally gave me my bagel sandwich (a BLT), the only things on the bagel were avocado and tomato. There was no egg, no bacon, or the other components that were supposed to be in the sandwich. Basically I waited forever and they didn’t even get the order right.

A smaller Einstein's than I've been to before but I wanted to check out this new location. I was so pleased with the service from the manager Greg. He really helped me out and gave me a free taste of the hazelnut coffee because they can't do lattes at this location. I felt seen. 💓

Took extremely long when I placed the order for door dash pick up and got basically all bread and tomatoes on the salmon bagel. One tiny sliver of salmon.
