A smaller Einstein's than I've been to before but I wanted to check out this new location. I was so pleased with the service from the manager Greg. He really helped me out and gave me a free taste of the hazelnut coffee because they can't do lattes at this location. I felt seen. 💓
How hard is it to put 2 bagels in a bag? Untoasted. Plain. Apparently very hard. I ordered 2 different flavors and received 2 of the same bagel.

Emily was really helpful with the rewards app and helped me while multitasking multiple customers and preparing orders. Solid bagel and very quick. Rewards are good so good rewards plus friendly and quick I’ll be returning
