Food and beverage was fantastic. Our waitress was very attentive as well. Lamb tacos, Mole enchiladas, and well made drinks. I have to give it 4 stars because the host didn't fully clean our table. It was tough to overcome that. I understand long days at work but, sometimes you need to bring your A-game for the whole shift.
Some of the best Mexican in Austin! We’ve used El Alma for catering some big events several times, but have never eaten at the restaurant. We were not disappointed! Food was delicious.
Great Mexican food, drinks, and ambiance. A little pricey for what you get, but the experience makes it worthwhile. A beautiful winding rock stairwell takes you up to their rooftop deck where you can watch the birds, listen to the Cicadas, and enjoy the Austin weather near the river, while sipping on a Clásica Margarita or a delicious frozen Mangorita with a Chile rim (I had both, just to be safe).
