I was just in the area and I would say this is probably one of the best tacos I’ve had in Austin in a while. I got the Pastore tacos times two, and it was so good. I had to contemplate whether I should get another one, but I stocked myself. Definitely a hidden gem. It’s right across coffee cartel, which I will probably make a review on them as well but overall the experience is really good in total. I think I paid about nine dollars with tip for two tacos 😇

This review is solely based on breakfast tacos. I went to buy 10 breakfast tacos, bacon potato egg and cheese. And the bacon is raw. I noticed until I got home and was about to eat, and I didnt wanna go back and take the tacos back. So if you like you're breakfast tacos with cooked and crispy bacon don't get them here.

Says they open at 7am. Went after work and its 7:10. No answer
Don’t go here if you speak english as your main language. Have been coming here for months and praised it for cheap prices and good tacos very close by to my place. Every time i’m there they have issues understanding and have and have called me all sorts of names. “ guero, gringo” etc.i can understand spanish just have a hard time speaking it. they love complaining about how hard it is to understand me. I even went as far as to start trying to order in spanish. they laugh every time and proceed calling me names. i was willing to put up with it for the sheer convenience. tonight was the last straw. Brought my mom who was in town there and she was laughed at just the same. when going to pay they asked cash or card to which i answered cash. Normally a discount. They charged me $40 for me normal $26 meal. They proceeded to laugh when we handed over the cash. After waiting 15 minutes for the food and change I used google to write out the question of where my change was. ahis response was “No Abla Espanol”. Will never step foot at this truck again.

Best tacos I’ve ever had in Austin. I’ve lived here all 26 years of my life. The chicken and al pastor tacos were 10/10 and perfect portions. The salsa was so authentic and had a nice kick to it. Kind people that work there and quick service.

Everytime I come here it does not disappoint. The thing I eat every single time are the carne asada tacos ! I have tried anything else but if you want delicious tacos this is the place !! I’m currently pregnant and I live in Georgetown/ liberty hill area and I make my husband drive me all the way here just for the tacos . They are THAT good. Here is how I eat them , try if you like limes and spicy flavors . Use the green salsa it’s spicy and then squeeze lime juice and maybe add some salt from the packets . You’re welcome !!! 💗

First time here today and I ordered Pastor Tacos to go. SO delicious and we’re all gone within 5 minutes. Ordering was super fast, extremely friendly and these tacos were SO freaking delicious and the pineapple was a 10/10 ! Highly highly recommend you stopping at this perfect little taco spot with a covered patio ❤️
Had to leave a review to help support this local business 🙌🏻

First-gen Austinite of parents from Mexico City chiming in: this is my favorite taco truck in town. I like Las Trancas, I like Mi Trailita, but this one is my favorite.
Their prices are reasonable, their portions are very generous, and the food is good. I haven’t had everything on the menu, but I’ve had 2/3’s of it and I have yet to get something bad.
Highlights are the pastor, the carnitas, & the breakfast tacos. Their tortas are the best I’ve had in the city, with the bread being perfectly authentic.
Also, their hours are unbeatable. Go there.
