Wow! This place was amazing! I got a pastor burrito and it was one of the best burrito's I've had in a long time! The person who took my order was very friendly and said the tortillas were homemade, and when I ordered a watermelon aguas frescas she made it fresh while I waited for my order, it was also delicious. Highly recommend this food cart!

El Mana is my absolute favorite, everything about this place is fantastic from the meats to the tortillas. I love Norma! She makes the best hot sauces I've ever had.

I eat breakfast here at least once a week. Their hand-made tortillas and house made salsas make everything on the menu fantastic. Their tamales are also incredible, and the people who run this place are very sweet. We're so happy they've finally returned to their old spot in front of Monarch food mart. The neighborhood just wasn't the same without them.

First time trying this place wanted some breakfast tacos let me tell you not only was the service a 10/10 but the food was amazing too! The owner herself was working and she was so friendly and talked us through the menu. Homemade flour tortillas were SO GOOD!! We got chorizo and papa which so dang good the chorizo has so much flavor, beef fajita also amazing, and the Piccadillo was the best taco I’ve ever had! I will definitely go there again when I come this way! 10/10

I got the quesadilla with Barbacoa and it says it comes on a homemade corn tortilla and they gave me flour and the Barbacoa tasted horrible like old plus it said it was a plate and I opened it and there’s just like this quesadilla in there with nothing else I thought it would come with beans and rice or something I also got some tamales and they were good.

Overall: we enjoyed our food. I thought this food had great flavor, but I wouldn't come here looking for your standard "breakfast tacos" that are loaded with toppings. These are a simple and small breakfast tacos that pack a flavorful punch on their own. The flour tortillas were AMAZING. I'll probably be back just for those. They were small though. Think the size of a man's palm, around 4".The chorizo and the salsas were spicy! I couldn't handle the salsas, but the chorizo had a nice kick that I enjoyed. For reference, I order everything with a "medium" spice level. My husband, who enjoys his face melting off from spice level on a frequent basis, loved the spice and said it was a nice surprise. I think he has a bionic mouth tbh, proceed with caution. The food came out quickly (5 min) and there was a picnic table next to the food truck if we wanted to sit and eat. We chose to order to-go, but it's nice to know it's there! This is definitely authentic Mexican food. Knowing a bit of Spanish so you can order is encouraged! We knew JUST enough to order! Note to self: revisit Spanish modules. We're embarrassing ourselves... I forgot pics... my bad.
