My boyfriend makes a big deal that the ONLY El Pollo Rico we can visit is this one, and it's obvious why. The food is phenomenal, and every guest I've ever taken here has fallen in love with it. My favorite place to eat in Austin, Texas!
Excellent 1/2 chicken with excellent onion, usual sides. I missed living in the neighborhood near the #2 North Lamar location. I stopped by at a slow time of day, polite staff and great food. Took to go, but the place was clean and ready for business later on in the day. Grabbed a couple neighborhood newspapers as I left.

@Ernesto Enmanuel I often visit North Lamar's Pollo Rico and the truth is, the food and the attention of all the staff is very good, but as they say, the worst enemy of a Latino is another Latino. I recommend the Pollo Rico, I have eaten it in different places. places in round rock in cedar park on la lamar and on 183 and the truth is it is my first option for lunch keep serving with all the attitude and don't let a bad comment make a difference blessings
