Excellent 1/2 chicken with excellent onion, usual sides. I missed living in the neighborhood near the #2 North Lamar location. I stopped by at a slow time of day, polite staff and great food. Took to go, but the place was clean and ready for business later on in the day. Grabbed a couple neighborhood newspapers as I left.
The chicken was incredibly good. The beans and rice were blind with no flavor. It would have been nice if somebody was there that spoke englas.It was my first time to this restaurant
Genuinely surprised. I went in thinking the food was going to be stale dry and bland. There food is fresh, full of flavor and they are underrated. I'm spreading the word. This place deserves more business.
