Although the food is very good, the service is horrible. You wait an unreasonable amount of time for even the simplest order and the workers are always mad for some reason? No importa que dia o que hora o quien te atiende, siempre tienen la cara de amargada.

I love the food at Sazón Catracha but I miss the staff from before because they were very kind to us customers, it's a shame about the staff now that they don't have any friendliness at all and it seems like one would ask them hehehehe but well I've been a customer of this Traila for a long time 3 years and I wouldn't change it for anything, even though the staff now is not as friendly as the ones before, it's my humble opinion.

Parking: You can park your car in front of the place, I think there is room for 3 cars maximum, but there is a lot of separate parking since it is in a square where there is also a gas station.

Kid-friendliness: I find the atmosphere good for my children when we eat there, I highly recommend it

I was in a hurry and just wanted to grab two cokes and the lady working there was being really sketchy, sure enough when I checked my card, she had charged my 12$ for 2 cokes. Pure dishonesty.

This place is horrible ? you place your order and it seems like you were ordering for free, they get very upset and speak badly to you. There is a lady there, Venezuelan, I think, who is the one who takes the orders, but what a more disrespectful woman, how can she be in such a place working with that character? If one goes with their money, not charity!! I hope the owner takes note because they give a lot to be desired. Who wants to consume in a place like this again?

The worst thing there can be, these people. Bad to the customer, as if they were one to ask for a gift, that woman from Venezuela has the face of an angry dog. This place is horrible, bad service, wait up to 40 minutes for the food to be given, the person taking the order is taking orders by phone and makes the person who is ordering in person wait. I do not recommend this place, bad experience, I would never return to this place. If it were up to me I wouldn't give them a single ⭐️, I hope they improve but I doubt it, maybe just changing personnel. I had to go somewhere else to eat because my food never came out, what a shame about the service.
