Attended Glass Beams early October 2024. Sound and performance of the group was excellent. ADA accommodations not so much. I emailed about 2 months in advance about ADA seating and was told there was a separate area with bleachers, standard disability parking, and separate ADA entrance.
Parking was no problem, though only spot visible for disability. When we arrived we inquired about the entrance and was told we had to stand in the main line in 90 degree heat. My wife has MS and is heat sensitive and has trouble standing and walking for any longer length of time. The employee checking ids and doing wristbands had no clue when asked about ADA. Then after waiting for 45 minutes in line and finally getting in, the so called ADA seating was some wooden bleachers from middle school. This was fine at first and we were going to just deal with it despite how uncomfortable it was to sit there for a couple hours - but - these bleachers were quickly claimed by people who were obviously not disabled or respecting the ADA designation. My wife was asked by other patrons if SHE could move and accommodate them so they could sit and watch the band - even after pointing out the tiny ADA seating signs. Someone with a disability should not have to defend their spot from sharks and vultures who didn’t want to stand. This happened a couple times (one woman even sat on my wife’s feet for 15 minutes so she would have a spot to watch the show and not have to stand) and ultimately is the fault of the venue for not enforcing the ADA section. Having to deal with this took away from fully enjoying the show and in addition my wife’s back, tailbone, legs now hurt greatly because of the wooden bleachers. We even avoided going to the bathroom the whole time in fear of losing our seats. The staff was only concerned about keeping a clear path to the side stage and not about the drunks in the bleachers. In a world where everyone gets to be a victim and is entitled, the people who really need some simple decent accommodation are actually ignored and victimized.
Love the new Emos!!!
Venue is good but NO NOT PARK IN CANES/AUTO ZONE/ADVANCED AUTOPARTS PARKING!!! The will boot every single car $100
Amazing sound quality in a building like this. Seeing Nero perform here was a highlight of my vacation in Austin
Show me the body was the tits. 10/10 would go again!
Honestly some of the kindest venue staff i have ever seen. From welcoming to security. Im kinda blown away. I live 8 hours away but, if you are always this friendly I will keep coming back
Great events, Horribly mean and cruel bartenders.
Employees are amazing, security is really on it and professional.
Two stars for the fact it’s stupendously overpriced, acting like it’s the moody center or the damn airport.
Pre game or prepare to drain your wallet.
amazing concert venue. love the small concert vibe as we were able to get very close to the artist. loved the free water! the staff was very generous as they were handing out free cold water cups at the front. went to go see mark ambor with kenzie opener (very generous for the venue to switch last minute)
Nice venue. Very professional. Drink prices were high, but that's to be expected at a venue. Patio area available for smoking. Free water available for hydration in the yellow coolers. Had a good time here.

The staff were so amazing! They were all so nice and welcoming. They handled the member's line with ease and even handled a glitch with Ticketmaster before doors even opened. The fact there was free water was mind boggling! What an amazing experience that just added to an awesome concert!
Band selection is dismal, parking is predatory and a single shot of whisky is $15.
Only go if you want to see a C- band and get your car booted or towed.
I've been to hundreds of concerts and cannot remember a more disappointing venue.
Worst venue ever for ADA people. They were absolutely horrible about accommodating people in wheelchairs. Their ADA seating is up against a wall on bleachers and no one can see the stage. I paid to see my favorite band and wanted to be up front because ADA seats were full anyway and got bullied all night by a girl that refused to shift her body away from me so that I could see and she giggled and made fun of me with her friends about blocking my view and security did absolutely nothing to find me a better spot. If this girl blocking my view had fallen on me, she could have seriously injured me.
Went here for a Wale concert and came out to a boot the whole parking lot across the street was booted definitely a scam not to mention there was a random car with their lights on facing the entrance so you can’t see any signs. Emos did not have enough parking to accommodate the crowd. Not to mention drinks were iced down and over priced.
Anyone know emo’s stance on pop up stools? I have a knee injury. I’m hoping be able to stand that long in a week but would still like the option. 🤞
