I've done a few omakase experiences and this one was definitely one to remember and affordable! Chef Endo did a great job and performance at the end. Definitely recommend :)

WOW! No words aside from being super happy I end up there. One of the most special dinners I had in my life. The attention from the chef, su chef and staff was amazing. Such great passion with the food and the concept. They all so organic into wanting to creat a culinary experience. Would def visit again and get to meet the chef again in his future restaurants. Mario, the su chef, will make his dream come true and own his own place 🤙

16 course omakase was phenomenal. Endo and his staff were amazing! Kai crafted a drink (off the menu) that was exactly what we wanted. Endo surprised us by playong the electric guitar. 10/10 experience

Randomly booked a reservation at this restaurant after seeing it on OpenTable and was so pleasantly surprised! The sushi was amazing quality, the sake selection was extensive and the chefs gave a detailed description of what we were eating and where exactly the fish came from. Great vibes all around. The surprise guitar solo by the main chef at the end of the meal was the cherry on top!

Visiting from California and had to find a omakase place to celebrate my girlfriends birthday and was luckily enough to discover this gem. Endo does a phenomenal job of not only serving amazingly delicious food, but also each and every person that works there, from the Chefs to the bartender to the hostess that night, made you felt like you've known them forever and were there to just catch up and have a good time. I'll be moving to Austin permanently soon and will definitely be coming back here soon!

Endo is hands down the best omakase in Austin. The sushi chef, staff, and owners are incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely hospitable. Every dish speaks for itself — fresh, balanced, and beautifully presented. The ambience is chill, fun, and relaxing, making the entire experience unforgettable. I will be back!

The intimate environment will have you feeling like the team are your personal friends by the end of the night. This is more than food, its an experience!
This was my 4th omakase in Austin. The last 3 were so great. I was hoping Endo would be- but unfortunately the fish did not taste fresh. One course I actually spit out into my napkin. There were several courses that required a spoon and somehow they kept forgetting to give us spoons? It was actually pretty funny by the end trying to eat chocolate mousse with a chopstick. For the cost they were definitely lacking in quality.

Staff was actually wonderful, but…. The sushi definitely needs to be better, extremely fishy taste. Also there was no salmon served. If this place didn’t have the staff it did I’d rate it, 1-2 stars. Hopefully they work on the food.
