An unforgettable dining experience. Chef Endo and his team provided the greatest omakase journey in Austin. Each new course complimented the previous and built a wonderful foundation of tastes from the Edo period coupled with flavorful cocktails using Japanese liquors. The chef and staff were great company, telling fun stories and laughing with all of us. I was beyond elated when he played guitar after the last course, even tremolo-picking the Happy Birthday song to my girlfriend...
