My family has to beg me to go outside and eat or even eat a food truck. We just left church to go eat as a big family with friends so I was out voted and thank god I was.I loved everything I ate. I was able to sample like 6 things since everyone got something different.The staff was so friendly too and genuinely seemed happy that we were satisfied. You could tell they cared.I’ll definitely return and since I travel through Austin for work I know where I’ll grab a quick bite.The young girl working was very sweet to us and even took a photo with my family as she was on one of my favorite shows.This place was a 10Lovely

A friend told us these were the best fish tacos in the world, and that it was a family run food truck next two some others that we couldn't miss... and he was right. When a place makes 4 things and people keep coming back, you know it's good. The service and owners of this food truck are the sweetest and the fish taco of course is the star. The tortilla to the crisp of the fish, to the freshness of the cabbage... yum! The ceviche toastada was also a surprising hit, and was well balanced texturally, and in lightness, seasoning and just the right amount of acid. It was also swealtering when we went and the coolness of that toastada really hit the spot.

I've frustratingly and unsuccessfully searched this vast region far and wide for this style of cuisine and had come up disappointingly (and somewhat miserably) short: until this afternoon. I found the elusive city of gold here. This weary traveller is enraptured and elated with today's discovery! I fell in love with fish tacos and ceviche tostadas exploring the fronteras of Baja California many moons ago. If you've ever experienced the magic of Mexican seafood (particularly from the Baja frontera region) then you know. The owner of Ensenada glows. Her warm smile and the wisdom she exudes really made my day. The food is exactly what I've been seeking for 4 years now. It's the authentic item. Don't miss the fish tacos or the ceviche tostada & don't forget to dash some Salsa Huichol (the most commonly served bottled salsa in Baja) on the items you order. I can't wait to return and bring loved ones to this rare gem of an eatery.

When you come to the Arbor Food Park, you are overwhelmed by the smells. Then you realize everyone is standing in line at Ensenada ATX waiting for an amazing seafood taco. You are greeted with a smile and then you taste the food.... OMG.... This might be the best fish taco I have ever had. Real cod and not crappy Tilapia like you find everywhere else. The slaw is fantastic, not too acidic but just the right flavor and texture. I ordered the fish taco, the shrimp taco and the new taco gobenador and none of them disappointed. Perfect experience. And the topper was the Salsa Macha. Don't skimp and enjoy a truly spectacular experience!

Absolutely love Ensenada!The family that runs the truck is lovely and the food is incredible. I prefer to go on the weekends to get a michelada (byob) and a ceviche tostada to sit out and enjoy the sunshine. Everything on the menu is great!
