This place should have a James Beard award. Absolutely outstanding. Service was excellent. Atmosphere is very contemporary and beautiful. And the food, everything was SO delicious. That fish taco was maybe own of the best Baja style fish tacos of my life, and I have eaten fish tacos and dozens and dozens of restaurants across the US. The fish was so light, perfectly cooked, and delicious. I'll dream about that taco for a long time. The salsas were outstanding. And the ceviche was excellent too.

We absolutely loved our time at Este!! We'd been wanting to come here for years after seeing the owner on a food show. We had two cocktails each which were carefully and uniquely crafted and just delicious! We also had the swordfish tacos and pescado zarandeado- both of which were unlike dishes we've ever had and were absolutely divine. The tortillas, salsas, curtido, and vegetables served with each made it all come together with such quality. We will be back!

Service is slow. Taste is quite good but not Wow...too pricey so scores low on the value for money. Ambience is quiet good. Worth visisting once but i may not visot again. Desserts need to improve.

What a lovely early dinner. Steak taco and Guacamole were standouts while everything else was excellent. Very reasonable and well appointed happy hour menu. Perfect margarita, not too strong, not too sweet. Can't wait to return to try something different as well as dessert which we did not leave room for!

Incredible experience for my birthday dinner. Every dish was delicious and well balanced. Service was very professional and warm - answering questions, explaining dishes, and recommending wines. Some very nice extra touches that made the birthday feel special. Would recommend to anyone and will certainly return.

The quality of the food was only exceeded by the service. Very attentive, but not annoyingly so. Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We will be back and will also visit their sister restaurant, Suerte.
Vibes are high, great service, great food and beverages. We had the tuna tiradito, Camerones el ricas, lobster burrito, and the fried fish sandwich. The tuna tiradito and fried fish sandwich were the highlight, could’ve ordered another round once we finished. Great cocktails, we had the classic margarita and hoja en blanco perfect balance of booze and sweetness. I would definitely come here again, and recommend it to friends in town!

Very good food, the ceviche, fish tacos and grilled shrimp. Our server was very friendly and attentive. The shrimp arrived 15+ minutes before the rest of our meals, was cold by the time the rest of the food arrived, they swapped it out for a fresh one. They brought 2 orders of guacamole and, distracted, took one away... The Fish tacos were swordfish, perfectly cooked, fresh crunchy slaw, warm tortillas 👌

The food was underwhelming and did not live up to expectations - 2 appetizers were both a bit over salted. 2 Entrees were just ok, but over-priced. Desert was a disaster - definitely came from a box (frozen) and half defrosted when served. Service was good. If it's not for trying to use up the credit card credit from Chase, would not be eating here.
