Food was immaculate overall. Jess was an amazing server. Just two things I’d change. Wait to bring the bill until it’s asked, I’m sure it’s standard procedure but if I wanted to order more it shuts that down. And second, the coconut malabi needs less or no salt at all in the base, it over powered it.
Did not live up to expectations.
The Labne cucumbers were lovely, but we found the rest of the meal fairly disappointing.
Neither of the cocktails I had (everything bagel tini or mezcal / beet one) were that good.
Labne cheesecake had too much going on - crème brûlée, cheesecake, lots of dry filo and pistachios, and a very tart sorbet. Recommend the sorbet separately and doing something different with the cheesecake.

Okay so I'm not giving 5 stars because the food was good but not excellent. Crudo was more like a ceviche. Not a fan of some of their flavor combinations and something was off about the manner in which you were supposed to eat the dishes. I was excited about the hummus but it came with these puffy rolls (they were tasty) that just weren't good for gathering up the hummus and meat and then when we asked if we could have more to finish the hummus, they brought back one...
