I ordered carry out for my husband's birthday and it was so delicious! We had the escargot, brussel sprouts, Wagyu ribeye and spaetzle and schnitzel. Everything was divine. I would love to come back and eat in house when things go back to normal. Thank y'all for making his birthday special!

My experience at Fabi and Rosi was pleasant, but not outstanding. As someone with a deep knowledge of food and wine who has worked in fine dining, I was a bit underwhelmed by my experience. I dined during COVID-19 to celebrate my partner's birthday and we both felt safe with distancing measures, but found the service, food, and wine lacking just a bit. While we were not greeted upon arrival, the hostess was occupied and made an effort to make her way to us quickly. We were given only one menu with the promise of another, which never came, and then offered one by our server, who returned to tell us that there were no more. When we were poured water, some spilled onto the table, but no offer to wipe it up was made. A few minor faux pas, but not great.The wines we sipped (a few different glasses) were straightforward and decent, but uninspired as a whole. As to the food, we ordered an arugula salad and mussels as starters and these were both excellent, so my commendations for these dishes. My steak (an uncommon order for myself, but satisfying a craving!) was prepared excellently and the accompanying potatoes were crisp, flavorful, and satisfying. My partner ordered the halibut and we both noted how it was a bit dry and overcooked, not at all the delicate white fish we were expecting; however, the sauce below it was delicious. To conclude, we ordered the chocolate mousse, which came shaped in the cutest little quenelles and was quite tasty, too thick to be a true chocolate mousse, but enjoyable nonetheless.As our meal came to a close, my partner and I noticed that our server appeared to have transitioned out, and perhaps left? Regardless, our server was not present towards the latter half of our meal and it was off putting, with no acknowledgement of the birthday celebration that I was told had been noted in the reservation. I am no stranger to spending on good food, and yet was disappointed having spent almost $160 on a meal and experience that lacked attention to detail.

Delicious food and perfectly cooked meats. I had the duck with the Shishito hash. I was a little disappointed that it was mostly corn with a little bit of potato and large chunks of the pepper. It was still tasty but not what I had anticipated from the description. Our table also had the halibut and the schnitzel. The halibut was amazing. I'm not a huge cooked fish person but it was delicate and creamy, I would've happily ate the whole thing. The schnitzel was also well cooked but the sides needed a bit more flavor on that dish. The environment was also pleasing and everyone was socially distant, would absolutely go again

We really enjoyed my meal here. Before I get to the food, I got to say that the restaurant space has an excellent vibe and really cute. Very reasonable prices on the wine menu too! Food was pretty much perfect. Everything looked really good, and tasted better. The soup was huge! I'd been craving gazpacho, and so was really happy when I saw watermelon gazpacho on their special board. We really enjoyed the Metzger Board (tartar and pate's!). Service was superb.Scrub up, comb your hair, put on your nice clothes and take your sweetheart out for a special night! And don't leave without trying the chocolate mousse.

This place is fantastic. The ambience here is very intimate and cozy. Really set the mood for a perfect date night. My husband and I had the schnitzel and by far my favorite dish! Definitely will come by again.

We loved every part of our meal! The escargot, mussels, and risotto stood out, along with the wine. The desserts were amazing! The chèvre tart was our absolute favorite! Service was exceptional too, thanks to Taylor and Cassie. We can't wait to go back and try more of the menu!

I like this spot! They prepare delicious meals, their menu is decent, The cook in that restaurant is very trained, I enjoy a lot trying all their dishes. The dishes are always of high class, the attitude towards the customers is efficient. I often go to this place and I not even once was discontended. Highly recommended.
