6 oz. original Hawaiian style ahi poke with hot mustard sauce 4 oz. Kimchi shrimp and cucumber 1 scoop rice topped with furikake. Salted seaweed flakes with sesame seeds.

Cooked spam, dipped in teriyaki sauce, and rice wrapped in seaweed.
Kimchi Shrimp
Per lb. pre-cooked shrimp mixed with kimchee sauce, cucumbers, green onion, and red onion.
Ahi Poke
Per lb. Seasoned raw tuna cubes served with hot mustard sauce.

One word... TASTY! I got the chicken katsu plate. It exceeded my expectations. The kind man that owns this food truck knows how to make some amazing food! I can't wait to try the rest of their menu! Highly recommend!!

This place is soooooo good.I can't believe I have never heard of them.Everything was so tasty.I actually eat at shoyu sugar often since they are close by, but definitely going to have to switch up and make the drive now.Absolutely a fan.

Amazing and delicious food! My favorite is the Pork BBQ chicken and my spouse’s favorite is the Chicken Katsu! Also the pork egg rolls are fantastic, I highly recommend stopping by !!
