Don't go there, don't waste your good mood. Just asking the guy something and he exploded. Just insane how rude he was, don't see me back there!

Very friendly service, got the iced Chai and it was amazing. The salads are fresh as well. Visiting from Baltimore and it was a pleasant first view of Austin, TX ?

Departures Level by Southwest door.Kassie was an absolute darling. Super on top of everything, going out of her way for that extra touch of service and to confirm my order - giving me options I didn't even know I wanted until she asked.

I tried Fara Cafe for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. Both my drink and pizza were surprisingly good. I'll stop here again when I pass through Austin Bergstrom Airport in the future.

Luis and Dalton went out of there way to take care of me and make sure I reached my flight while creating such a welcoming atmosphere, fast service and excellent coffee - truly the BEST experience at a coffee shop I have had, thank you and can't wait to see you there again in Austin!

Just walked up there and no bartender... noticed he was sitting down reading a book. Was told very promptly they we couldnt be there because we had our 12 year old daughter. "You cant be here, what were looking to do hang out?" "Umm no sir, we were looking to have a drink before we go through security and get on our flight." I proceeded to ask if there were any other places we could go with our daughter.. this ignorant fella walked away angry and even threw his book down and proceeded to walk. Umm. With everything crazy going on in the world the least you can do is be kind. Definitely terrible 1st impression and service or lack there of. So now we spent 200 in drinks at saxons pub in the heart of Austin at the airport. You rude fella just lost yourself business and a great tip because that was only our first order. ? happy holiday

Stopped for a coffee and danish. The coffee was good. Different, bold. The cheese danish was lackluster. Definitely not tasty. I would not get it again or recommend it. The napkin dispenser was out of napkins. No napkins were in with the danishes. Cleanliness, it appears kept up. Covid 19 probably impacted this review.

Complained that they don’t take American Express because it costs too much for them.

I'm only reviewing FARA coffee. It's very acid. Not good. Don't recommend it.

Horrendous customer service. Rude, arrogant, and ignorant teenager took my order. Didn’t know what a “mocha” was and insisted that “mocha” just means “chocolate milk”. Terrible experience in every respect. Coffee was gross too.

maybe the worst bar in a Airport I have ever been to. Expensive and kinda weird people. Best is to go thru security and enjoy some other options.

Avoid, Avoid, Avoid. Horrible bar tenders. I rarely write bad reviews but I so wanted to write one for this coffee shop because of a bar tender. He was so rude, does not listen to your order and wants to go to next customer. He frowned many times when I asked him what the contents were. I so wanted to cancel the order and walk away but I did not want to create a scene. Needless to say, most of my order was messed up. Avoid this, there are so many around which are better.
