Small , intimate little spot next to the roasting house . Even snagged free bean samples ! Enter thru the sliding doors - like hanging out in someone's modern living room hehe . Really good coffee. Sampled at Costco and bought a pound of the signature roast. Made multiple pots for the family on thanksgiving day. Everyone enjoyed and asked about the brand. Looking forward to trying different roasts.

Tried y'all's medium/dark signature roast from Costco. No flavor profile. Very disappointed. Worse than that, when you open the bag, shards of plastic tear off and get in your coffee. Not impressed y'all. Let's do better huh?

We love getting fresh-roasted, local Fara Coffee at our HEB. The roasts are consistent and consistently excellent. My morning cup always tastes amazing. When I make a cup for friends they are surprised how much of a difference fresh roasted coffee makes.
