Would give zero stars if that was an option. Came to play pool and the waitlist was a complete joke. We were told there were multiple parties ahead of us, missed one call, and somehow kept getting pushed back while staff personally walked other groups to tables and handed them cue balls. Waited nearly two hours and were ignored even after asking directly. When I finally spoke up, the manager told me to stop arguing or leave instead of fixing anything. No apology, no explanation, just attitude. Poorly run, unprofessional, and not worth the time. Never coming back.

Came here to play pool and had a very frustrating experience with the wait system and staff. We were told there were four parties ahead of us and that our name would be called when a table was ready. I missed the call once, which I understand—but after that, we were repeatedly pushed further back on the list.
I waited almost two hours and watched the front desk staff personally notify 7–8 other groups, walk over to them, and hand them the cue ball, while we were never approached—even after I asked directly. The wait system felt unfair and poorly managed.
When I finally spoke up, the manager stepped in and told me to stop arguing or leave instead of trying to resolve the issue. There was no apology, no explanation, and no accountability.
Overall, this was extremely unprofessional customer service, poor communication, and a badly run waitlist. Very disappointing experience. Won’t be coming back.
It was nice servas was awsome and gorguse played dart real dart , they have plenty pool tables and TV all over servers they have this one server. Lol
Worst service ever
Had a great time at our co-worker get together. This place has good food & drinks. But the service we received from Becca was great! I can't say enough her positive attitude, great smile and great service was wonderful not to mention refreshing! We will definitely be back. Thanks Becca!
