i can’t believe this place is rated so high. Horrible customer service . They had us waiting a whole lot of time for a pool table and nobody attending us. Super rude to us as well.

Nice tables and environment. The staff doesn’t know what’s going on there though. I was told there would be tournaments starting on Monday by a lady that works there. I heard that might not be correct so I called to confirm and another lady told me she’s not sure. I asked if anyone knew and she said nobody really knows what’s going in regards to that.
