The food was good, however the dining experience was seriously lacking.What appeared to be children of an employee were running around the restaurant screaming and yelling. They were also climbing on the tables and at one point tackled each other right next to our table. I do support brining your kids to work if you must, but they have to be on their best behavior.Also, I am a bit of a germaphobe, even before Covid, so I have questions about letting children run around and touch everything in sight. This includes contaminating table surfaces with their shoes as they climb over them.In the future, if I were trying to decide where to eat dinner, I would put Fazoli's much lower on the list of places to pick from after this.

This location has an employee that allows her kids to run wild around the store all the time causing a ton of noise and nuisance, makes the experience extremely unpleasant. Even allowed in the kitchen which not sure that is allowed in food code.

The service inside was slow took about 10 minutes to get 2 takeout orders. The staff was more interested in taking drive thru orders first. The two guys that took our order wasn’t interested in taking our order. We get better service from Fazoli’s in Oklahoma City.

This place is really trying on one’s patience when trying to have lunch. This place has always hired odd people, but when employees practically bring their kids and a relative to sit in the dining area while they work is ridiculous. Brat kids running around the dining area with other guests present, and the kids running in and out of the food prep area hootin and hollering and cursing at times…that draws the line. Running around loud like it’s their own house. Absolutely ridiculous.Owner needs to run an actual business, NOT a charity/daycare. An employees personal problems ARE NOT an employers problem. A business is a business…not a barnyard/house.Maybe the health department would be interested in the pics/video of these brats running in/out of the food prep area?Owner- get it together and run an actual professional restaurant OR sell it.

Absolutely terrible service, i'm allergic to chicken and when i ordered i specifically said no chicken im allergic. I drive 20 minutes home for them to still put chicken in it. Now im out a meal, money, time, and now im not even hungry. When i proceed to call the person on the phone is extremely rude and disrespectful. Wouldnt suggest this location at all.

I love Fazoli's! This location is always good, clean and great service. The prices are fair and the breadsticks are always buttery, warm and delicious. My only complaint is there is not one closer to me. This location is an hour and a half drive from my house and it is the closest one to me. We ordered the chicken fettuccine Alfredo and a chicken basil pesto dish that was gluten free. Fazoli's does not disappoint.

I never give reviews for places but after they burned the absolute mess out of my pizza I had to warn people. I've never had pizza so bad I couldn't even finish it. The wings were okay which is why I gave 2 stars instead of one.

We went tonight and received amazing customer service. The manager Shea took our order and help us decide what to get on our family meal tonight. The portions of the meal were just right for our family. And the food was was amazing. We will be back for sure.

I’ve been coming to this Fazoli’s on and off since I was a teenager. It hasn’t always been great in that time. Which only makes it stand out even more now! The food is good; mozzarella skewers being a particular favorite in our house. But the best part, without doubt, is the people! Employees are friendly and quick to fix anything that might need attention. We’ll certainly be back!
I hadn't heard of the place until recently, I tried there food and everything I've tried so far was tasty. From the savory bread sticks to the spaghetti, pizza, and raviolis. I love food and I have no negative things to say about this place. I give it 2 thumbs up. I also want to mention that this place (from my opinion) is clean, fast, and friendly. Thank you Favoli's. ???

Great food. But I have to give 1 star bc NO ONE HAS ON GLOVES AND SOME NO HAIR NETS WITH LOOSE HAIR SWINGING EVERYWHERE! Im looking inside drive threw window the worker is fixing my food and continuously wiping his hands on his black pants and shirt. Even adjusts pants at one point while continuing to make my food. I did not know whether to drive off or be polite and cancel the order.

This was my first - and probably my last - visit to Fazoli's on 620. Unfortunately, my slice of pizza had a strand of hair baked into it, which I discovered mid-bite. Gross. The staff apologized and remade it, but not before all gathering around to gawk at my hairy pizza. The manager, Joe, attempted to smooth things over by cracking a "Larry The Cable Guy" joke. Maybe it'll be funny in hindsight, but I did not laugh. I don't know what I wanted (a partial refund or a credit, maybe?) but it seemed like nobody took the issue seriously. Ultimately I threw the food out because I lost my appetite. I can't help but wonder how many other people have ate hairy food here. Mistakes happen, but what are the statistical odds of this happening the one time in my entire life I decided to come here? I took a picture of my meal before eating because I was so excited to try something new. Ignoring the hair, the food was edible and tasted comparable to a cheap, frozen TV dinner. Oh, and the lids don't fit snugly on the cups, and I ended up spilling my drink as I got into the car. Womp womp.
