When I went there a year ago, it was still my favorite milk tea shop in Austin, but now every time I go in, there is an unpleasant smell, which is very uncomfortable. The taste of the milk tea is getting weaker and weaker.

We went and immediately the whole store smelled like gas, and we ordered on the screens but when I wanted to make a revision on my drink with one of the employees, she ignored me standing at the counter. When my friend tried to flag the employee down for me she exclaimed that she should’ve come up earlier since the drink was made seconds before. My friend’s drink also contained a red hair sitting right on top of her matcha foam which had to be remade. Overall bad experience but the drinks were okay.

The worst feng cha I’ve been too, drinks are so watered down…. And customer service is trash.
If you are a bubble tea fan, you already know most places are pretty good, but a few are stellar. Fang Cha is better than your average boba tea shop. Lots of interesting drink choices, quality ingredients, nice flavors and even super cute packaging and branding on the cups. We tried tray with boba, passion fruit and a brown sugar boba tea, all excellent. The boba are freshly made, not too sweet or sticky, perfectly balanced. Atmosphere is nice and clean. A little busy, but for good reason. Took a few minutes more than I would have liked to get drinks, but the wait was worth it, at least if you are not in a hurry.

I am so disgusted. It is 12/3 and I ordered a drink at 3:30, to find halfway into drinking.. a long, blonde hair. How do they manage to do that? I never had this happen to me before. Never coming back. Also when ordering, the whole place reeked like the bathroom overflowed or something.

One of my favorite boooobaaaaa ?, the place is small, cozy, fresh and always clean. Service is very fast and efficient. Variety in their drinks and always delicious. I love drinks, but quite honestly desserts don't convince me. / they do not accept cash ?.
