Feral Housewife Wine

Add this place to your must stops. Great location, feral vibes, and unhinged music (aka best music)! This place is the place you want to drink yummy wines, hangout with friends/family, and enjoy life! I came to Austin to surprise a long distance friend for her birthday and we ended closing FHW down. Owners are very friendly and kind. Atmosphere is relaxed, classy with a splash of feralness. It hits the spot every time.

I’ve been here a few times for karaoke on Thursday nights and came in today to do the wine flight. The owners are always friendly and welcoming. Today, we got a white, rosé, cab, and a gewurztraminer. The grapes to make the wine come from the Texas High Plains so they taste a little different from our typical Central Texas wines. I feel like the white was a little milder and smoother than I’m used to, but I typically drink bold reds. The owners are knowledgeable and eager to talk to their customers about the wines and the business, or just chat about life. If you don’t like wine, they have a yummy frozé. It’s a little too sweet for me but I would recommend it to anyone who likes sweet mixed drinks like margaritas. Great atmosphere. I usually come here alone and always end up talking to someone friendly. You should try Feral Housewife!

They didn't have food but the wine was good! Their cab was smokey but didn't taste smokey, nice finish. Dry white wine was good too. I did a small flight and tried a few! Also super fun 90's/2000's playlist that had me singing out loud 😁 owners were very nice and knowledgeable about their wine partnership! Love the name too. Great place for me and my girlfriends to catch up.

I'm not sure how many rosé slushies I've had in my life but this was certainly the best one. Owners are really nice and we had a great time. I also hope it goes without saying that this Feral Housewife is an incredible name for a winery
