I enjoy the food at Firehouse subs, but today I wasted half my lunch hour waiting for my to go order and was late to get back for my meeting because I didn't anticipate how slow they were going to be. I understand that they are extremely busy during the lunch rush, but someone in front of me got their order before I did. Not sure why that happened, but really ticked about it.

What happened to this one?? I just walked out without ordering because I was the only person in the restaurant, three people behind the counter and one sweeping. The only reason someone said hello was because after standing at the counter for a minute, I said hello first. I waited another few minutes and no one made an attempt to take my order.Wow. I’ve always had such a good experience at the shop in cedar park. This one blows. Heyyy owner guy-probably time to do an overhaul as your crew is literally costing you business.

Incompetent crooks! App does not work, double charged me. Local management said that is a corporate app problem and not theirs. Refused to rectify. Food is way overpriced, compared to Subway or Jersey Mikes. Local management finally confides app has not worked for well over 6 months. AVOID THESE INCOMPETENT CROOKS!!!!!

Used eat here twice a week but the service was terrible. Waited 10 minutes for someone to explain party platters to another customer, then hen told to wait when finally helped. I hate it when terrible service wrecks a place with good food. Never again, will give my money to Jersey Mike’s instead. It’s better anyway.

I especially want to recognize Evan & Taigea for their friendliness as well as patience with my order, and for making a great sandwich. It’s firehouse, guys. Great subs as always, but the cool thing about this specific location is the staff here are also super nice. The fancy drink dispenser thing is a nice little touch so you can try different drinks while you wait for the guys to make your sub.
