It was alright at best. Nothing crazy. Waited a while with 2 other people in the store.

This place was a 5 star but ever since they hired these new people it’s turned into a 1 star. The manager is nasty and eats as she is making people’s food and there are Spanish men who hang around the counters all the time coughing around the food area talking Spanish with the manager. They have no sense of urgency and the customer service is trash. Won’t be returning here. I hate how this area is turning out.

I’ve always liked Firehouse Subs, but my recent experience was disappointing. The staff seemed overwhelmed, and the manager was dismissive rather than helpful. When I politely mentioned that my order was wrong, the manager acted annoyed instead of fixing it. It wasn’t just a one-time slip — the overall atmosphere felt rushed and unfriendly.
For the price, I expect better customer service and accountability from the manager and team. Unfortunately, this visit left a bad impression, and I don’t plan on returning to this location anytime soon.

Great subs that a portion of the proceeds go to the local firefighters

The Thanksgiving sub is delicious. Turkey, dressing, and cranberry sauce combine to make an extremely flavorful sandwich.

We ordered online and when the food arrived the order was incorrect. We drove to the restaurant to have the order corrected and entering the store the greeting was anything but welcoming! We explained that we’d like to have our sandwiches remade. We handed her the sandwiches along with the print out of our detailed order and how it should’ve been made to begin with. We stood aside, watching as she Proceeded to remake the sandwiches not paying any attention to the details! We stopped her and she looked at us with a deer in the headlights stare. Not long after another young lady came out and they began speaking in Spanish ignoring us. It took the both of them to complete the task at hand and took an excessive amount of time to do so. When we returned home our sandwich meat had been overcooked. The whole Experience was pretty pathetic to say the least.
I love the concept of firehouse subs, and what they stand for. It’s sad The two ladies at this location represented them so poorly!

Husband went to get us dinner. Said staff was unable to communicate with him effectively due to language barrier. (Staff only spoke Spanish). He asked for a side of Mac n’ Cheese, then was told they didn’t know they served Mac n’ Cheese and couldn’t locate the proper spot on the point of sales system to charge him for the side, (what kind of establishment employs people who are unfamiliar with the menu and how to properly ring customers up?) Then proceeded to charge him for the “combo” instead of the Mac n’ Cheese.
Reading through the reviews, seems to be a common occurrence at this location and Firehouse Subs Corporation doesn’t seem to care about its customers from the customer service they provide at this location. Many of the reviews, do not seem to be resolved considering most of them have happened months, to years prior to my individual review. You would think with the way they advertise, and the cost of their products they would at least offer better service than received tonight, will be going to Subway or even Jersey Mikes from this point forward. Sheesh.

I like this fire house subs, I call it the Tommy Chong Firehouse subs as it’s always kinda hazy inside. Good sandwich and the manager Isido is super cool.

Food is great. Service is terrible. I went to the pick up counter to pick up my UberEats order and provided my name, and showed the employee my phone which had order details and also verbally said the order details to him and when he handed over the food he asked me to click the “pick up order” option on the app, I had no issue with this, the issue was the comment that came after- “ we can’t just have anyone come in and say the order is there’s” yet I provided the name on the order and showed the order details on the UberEats app. He made me feel as if I was stealing my own order, and it was an unnecessary comment when I had already showed proof the order was mine. Won’t be coming back to this location again.

I first ordered the Hero sandwich.
Soggy sandwich...
Taste- amazing
I placed this for pickup. By the time I made it home 25 minutes, the box was soggy. The bottom bun was nothing left. I ordered it exactly how it was, no change.
Next day I ordered the Engineer

2 days in a row, 2 different sandwiches. I ended up with the same results.
I am disappointed and have not been back since.
Maybe I'll try a different location in the future.
