This is the worst Firehouse! I ordered a small ham and cheese. It was kid size and the bread was over toasted. The coke didn’t have enough syrup. And I almost cut my finger on the trash pushing it through the small whole. Lucky it’s just scraped. Mexico village working here.

Waited almost 30 min to receive my pastrami sandwich. Shouldn't take 30 min for 1 sandwich. It was busy, but that's ridiculous. The only reason I came is because I had a gift card. Sandwich quality is B at best. Won't be back.

I knew something was wrong when no one greeted me as I came in, and then as I stood there for five minutes, no one asked me my name for my order. My order was 12 minutes late, and it was clear they were prioritizing people in the building over online orders.

Received the worst sandwich I’ve had here, pretty much ever. It was soaking wet, no idea why. It had onions on it, when I asked for no onions. It only had one piece of bacon on each side, when it should’ve had two, by default, and really it should’ve had four, as I paid for extra bacon. Also, I did not receive a pickle spear. It’s a minor thing, but I really like that pickle.

I wish I could say this is a recent occurrence, but something has changed at this location. I’ve bought from this location for decades, in the last year and a half I have consistently not been getting extra bacon on my subs.

If you buy anything here, you better check to make sure it’s done right before you head out of the door.

Say it's your birthday, and get a medium sub for free! The young lady who worked Saturday evening has to stop picking her lips at the register. Also, please train her on how to greet customers! Stood to the register for almost 5 minutes without help.
