I visited Firehouse Subs on February 1, 2024, and unfortunately had a disappointing experience that I feel is important to share. During my visit, I interacted with a staff member who behaved rudely (Latino man) When I tried to place my order, he abruptly waved me off. This behavior was not only off-putting but also seemed to prompt laughter from other staff members, which created an uncomfortable environment.

Easily the worst firehouse I've been to. Order a sandwich on white, get wheat. Tell the person I dont want that, it's so dark it looks burned. No I don't want that. Get it wrapped up handed to me, says have a good day and walks away. Another employee watches shrugs and walks away? I was kink, I tipped. Nope. Next time I'm going to rage see if that's better

always enjoyed getting a sandwich at this place using the app for discounts birthday promos and being able to enjoy quality customer service at this location.at both lunch time and dinner time I have visited I've had good experiences getting in and out within a reasonable time with plenty of seating and plenty of drink options as well as sandwich optionsstaff here keep the restrooms and the environment clean consistently keep up.highly recommend a new chicken parmesan meatball which is absolutely delicious

Crack. Their food is crack. I didn't mean to get hooked on Firehouse subs, but they are really good. The New York Steamer is my go-to, but I've been trying others and they're great and a lot of food for the price. Nice folks, too.

We appreciate the good food, good seeing, and reasonable price range. Recently they offered a TRIPLE STACK- three meats with a coleslaw - WOW what a delicious sandwich. Tonight it was no longer featured but since they had coleslaw in stock they could make it. Sure hope they keep this available
