First Watch

First time here , my server Batyrkhan aka Bat was very sweet , very cutesy . Food was good I got streak and eggs w/ the million dollar potatoes and honey crunch iced coffe it cost me only $26. 10/10 thanks bat 🤍

The food was absolutely delicious. I loved it! The staff was friendly overall, but the waitress who took our order at the beginning was a bit rude, and I didn’t appreciate her attitude. I ordered smoked salmon Benedicts, but they forgot to include the salmon. Despite that, it was a decent experience.

Steak and hash on the holiday menu came out cold and when our wonderful hostess reappeared, she apologized immediately and took the plate to have it remade...which turned out to be them adding more heated gravy to the plate as the steak and potatoes were still cold if not touched by the heated gravy.

I always enjoy my meal and experience at First Watch, no matter thr location. This one is no different. I love their seasonal options. If you like juice, I highly recommend the season red medicine juice they're offering now. It's delicious, nutritious, and smells like christmas in a cup. Can't go wrong with any food item, especially eggs benedict!

Service was very good! Pancake was overcooked and should never have left the kitchen. The bottom side was even worse. The turkey sausage was just awful tasting.

Food is really good, and in general if you’re coming in with a big party, it could be a really good service too.
The server that was helping us, Romi, was so worried about taking our order, because there was a table with more people behind us - her priority was obviously running over to the big table.
We were only two, and we ordered very quickly. The server spent the next 20 minutes taking an order from the larger table before putting our small order in, resulting in significant delays.
Then she told us the delay was due to the kitchen being backed up.
Disappointed, will not be coming back, despite the food being pretty good

The hostess and one of the servers were rude for no reason.

The server asked if we needed anything, we said water and minutes later she brought us one single cup of water saying a single word “water”. We did bring it to management’s attention and they were nice about it, that’s what the three stars are for.

When we were about to pay and leave, the hostess also had an attitude.

Food was good but only corporate good. Unfortunately we will not be back.

Dissapointed in this location. We walked out because we never got served. We were sitting down for awhile waiting to get our order taken while two tables who were sat after us got served right away.

I have been to First Watch several times and usually the food and service are on point. This location is a different story. Our server, Julian, introduced himself, took our order, and didn’t check on us the rest of the meal until he was bringing the receipt while we were still in the middle of eating. He made sure his other tables were very well attended to, but apparently saw some reason to leave us be. The food was lukewarm and subpar as well. Will visit the other great locations next time.
