I had gone into the restaurant for some food and after I had received said food, I watched the man who made my fries eat with the same gloves he had been making them. Not only that he wiped his already used gloves with a napkin and proceeded to eat with those same gloves, continuing to come into contact with food with contaminated gloves. I was immediately repulsed and could no longer finish my meal. Will definitely not be going here again.

To expensive for the quality they provide. The drink machine didn’t have enough carbonation, the worst burger I have ever had, dry to the bone no flavor. The service was great tho:)

Originally placed an order for delivery online. Five Guys accepted, waited half an hour, then cancelled with no explanation whatsoever. So then I went into the store to place the order. First, they got my order wrong, then argued with me that they got it wrong. They finally "corrected" it, but the corrected order was STILL wrong. Furthermore, the burgers were ICE cold, and the beef patties were RAW. I ultimately had to take home everything and fully re-cook the burgers and fries at home in my own oven to prevent food poisoning. I don't know what happened to this location. I never had a problem here in 7 years before, but it is no longer safe to eat at. Shut this place down, fire everyone, rehire new staff, train from the ground up, before someone gets E. coli and dies.
*Update: just to update, they just charged me for the initial delivery order THEY CANCELLED. Unbelievable.

The entire dining room was extremely dirty. We spent an hour here and not one of the 6 employees came out from behind the counter to clean. A woman picking up her order advised that it was wrong, and the young man at the fry station proceeded to argue with her, loudly and condescendingly. The reviews saying that the employees here have bad attitudes are entirely correct. For 15 minutes after the woman left, the employees laughed and traded insulting remarks about her.

$70 for 3 burgers, 1 grill cheese, 2 drinks, and fries. The burgers weren't bad. The grill cheese was blah, the fries stunk, and the drinks needed syrup. The place was dirty and the bathroom sink was broken. How do the employees wash their hand with a broken sink?!? Not worth the $70.00, don't waste your money. McDonalds would have been better.

I will be filing a Lawsuit for Samantha Lance. Publishing customers phone numbers and addresses on HER MEDIA WITHOUT CONSENT. State of Texas by law. It’s “Doxxing”. In another word of it it’s “Invasion of Privacy and is Liable to Viable Lawsuit”. Employee has no respect and she needs to be terminated EFFECTIVELY IMMEDIATELY. File charges will be on her name.
Food was great. A little burger is a regular one. A regular one is a double meat. Large fries are huge and small are regular. Cajun fries were amazing. As many topping as you like no extra cost. And smells so good.
