That bathrooms are not clean they smell horrible mostly when you close the bathroom stall. I don’t even think they clean them they smell horrible and they look stained not only that but I got a whole infection!!!!!( I’m only a minor)

Love this place! The free peanuts are amazing and the unlimited toppings is great. The burgers are a bit pricey, but if you like yours all the way, I think it’s worth it. I recommend you ordering the small fries if you want fries, because the portions are pretty large.One thing I did want to mention, though, was the customer service. It was not that great. The man at the register made annoyed faces when we had questions about the menu. We decided to try the Cajun fries, only to find out that they would be too salty for our liking. we asked the person at the counter if they would take our fries back and exchange them with the regular fries, and the hospitality simply wasn’t there. maybe that’s something they should work on.Dietary restrictions: Peanuts everywhere! Peanut oil is used to fry.

We ordered the double patty burger and fries. Surely enough for 2 people especially during this time when everything is so expensive. Service was good.Parking: The parking lot can be tricky since there is the Barnes and Noble, Cheesecake Factory and other stores around. It is easier to get parking here at lunch than later in the day/night.

Employees were nice and welcoming. The burgers are solid but for the price not worth it at all. Onion rings are the WORST they hand bread in house but mine had no breading. Didn't bother to shake off excess oil. After a few minutes my takeout bag was drenched in oil, my passenger seat was covered in oil. Everything I ordered was drenched in grease so I threw my meal away and got lunch somewhere else.For quality reasons I hope you switch to frozen onion rings. $20 for fast causal burgers is ridiculous. Pay your employees better, drop these outrageous prices. In and Out is thriving with meals half the cost and better employee wages.I don't understand how you charge so much but the food quality isn't there and you don't pay more than traditional fast foods companies. The employees are great but corporate can choke on it

This place is absolute garbage. No idea if they are short staffed or just don't care but the dining room is disgusting. The place is staffed by children that look like they should be in school(maybe they dropped out, who knows?). The food is astronomically expensive which would be fine if it was decent. The fries are absurdly greasy and soggy, so much so they have to put a cup in the paper bag to keep the grease from causing the bag to fall apart. The burger has mushrooms on it by default, the only burger place on the planet that puts canned mushrooms on a burger by default and has liquid cheese. Any positive reviews you see on here are likely people who have an interest in this place. I cannot comprehend anyone actually liking this repugnant establishment.
Wow!! How did I forget about 5 Guys Burgers & fries??? I was at Cheesecake Factory and waited over 15 mins for a pasta dish & it arrived cold. I closed out my tab, walked out and directly across the parking lot I seen 5 guys. The service was awesome. They are all really nice people, they greet you when you come in, you can see them make your order and they do not skimp on the fries! I ordered a regular cheeseburger and it was made with love it was so tasty! I could only eat half and I have a ton of fries leftover to warm in the air fryer. Tip: Air Fryer is the best way to warm up your left over burger, just take off the cold parts. The place was nice and clean. Although they are out of Dr. Pepper & Diet Dr. Pepper and some other flavors. They had root beer and that was a nice walk down childhood memory lane. Overall I will definitely be back.

the service here is awful, the people are just very rude and the place is dirty. The Dr Pepper was flat/stale and the fries weren't seasoned. Probably the worst experience I've had at restaurant while one of the workers points and loudly talks about me because I asked her why she hung up on me four times when I tried placing my order. Just an overall awful experience. If I'm paying $22 for a burger + expected to tip even though I have to seat and serve myself, I expect the place to be clean and the workers to be... kind?
