Incredible customer service, coming back here based on that factor alone. Cynthia (employee) really made my day. She went above and beyond the basic requirements of taking care of fast food customers (and doing it with a genuine positive attitude) and it truly made a difference in my experience today. My husband and I deliver doordash. Got an order from here when it was very slow in the restaurant. Two tables with food already. Overheard the staff staff say "don't worry about it, we have until six to make it" and laugh then continued to look at their phones and laugh. Pretty rude and unprofessional I think.

I have mixed feelings about 5 guys. I don't have anything terrible to say about the food. I would say taste wise they can compete with most chains but price wise ... They are way over priced by comparison. They offer some menu items that other burger places do not but it's just still not enough to charge what they do
