“Jesse T. helped me at Five Guys and he was incredibly professional, kind, and considerate. He rang me up for a strawberry milkshake but apologized because they were out of strawberry and offered me a banana one instead since they're both fruit. His kindness and gentle manner was so well intentioned that I actually cried in the car after because he was so sweet.
