“I came to this five guys location for a pick up order at 2:00pm on a Wednesday and had to wait another 15 minutes for my food to be ready. The restaurant seems to be understaffed which is why it took a while. Employees were friendly and the food was good. At least there are free peanuts to snack on while you wait.“

“My husband and I just came here on Sunday after a long day and wanted to grab something quick on our way home. I haven't been to five guys in awhile and I was amazed how good it was. I remember it being greasy and soggy but the burger e was DELICIOUS. Best five guys I've had. They were so quick too. Definitely wanna come back again soon. Love this location.“

Yes, it's more expensive than a drive-thru burger, but it's also QUALITY food that justifies the cost. Having someone in the house who can't have gluten makes it difficult to eat outside the house. The lobby was busy, but the location was clean and well-maintained.The food was fresh, made to order, and the portions were as expected. The gentleman who took our order was friendly and efficient, handling multiple customers quickly. The entire crew was welcoming, greeting us upon arrival and saying goodbye as we left.The condiment area, including the ketchup, vinegar, and freestyle machine, was clean and well-stocked. The only machine out of service was the Hi-C dispenser, but that wasn't a problem since the other options were available.While I don't visit this location often due to the price, every experience has been positive.
