Met Matt and tried Flight Ice Creams at Jester King yesterday- first things first the ice cream is spectacular. We tried 6 different flavors and there wasn’t a weak one in the whole group, 1st place goes to Tiger tracks or Strawberry Cheesecake IMO (or the Oreo Espresso if you’re my wife).
Matt was so kind and clearly has a passion for what he’s doing! Would love to see more Jester King X Flight Ice Cream collabs. We missed out on the Atrial but the Fen Tao ice cream was killer.

Matt with Flight Ice Creams is seriously amazing. His ice cream setup at my client's recent wedding was such a hit! Everyone loved it and was such a fun alternative to traditional wedding cake. I tried the coffee/chocolate flavor, and it was so amazing. Can't wait to work with him again.

I hired Flight to make a delicious lemon tea ice cream for a corporate event I had. Not only was the custom ice cream delicious, but my customers loved it. Matt is very passionate about his craft, pays great attention to detail and is super easy to work with. I had to ability to rent a portable freezer from him to transport my ice cream 3 hours away to an event and even a cart to help carry the freezer in and out of event space. I will definitely be using Flight Ice Cream for events in the future!

Flight Ice Creams is SO delicious. Every time they do a pop up in our neighborhood, we make sure we make time to get some. All of the flavors are so unique and just have so much more flavor and freshness than the store bought ice creams. My son's flag football team won their last game, so my husband I wanted to do something special for them. Matt was kind enough to make a special Halloween batch for the kids and I can't wait to see their faces when try it!! 10/10 recommend Flight Ice Creams for when your next ice cream craving hits.

The number one rule of Flight Club... is you have to tell everyone how awesome their craft ice cream is! It was a pleasure talking with Matt, the mastermind behind these ingeneuous flavors. It was a tough decision because every flavor sounded mouth watering, and after some careful consideration, we ordered the caramel bourbon brownie... and WHOA!!! It was incredibly delicious! We are going back for day two of the Wimberley Music Fest, and I hope they are there so we can try some more flavors.

They do pop up events and also porch pick up as well. The owner is super nice and friendly. Can’t wait to try other flavors. I highly recommend

My girlfriend and I happened to try Flight Ice cream today, and it was fantastic! The owner is incredibly nice and seems to genuinely enjoy making his homemade ice cream. The coffee one is the best coffee ice cream I've ever had, and the Mexican vanilla with Reeses is perfect as well. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who is curious!
