I recently purchased several different flavors of Flight Ice Cream for my husband's birthday. They were so responsive to messages on Instagram that I was able to pick flavors and pick up the ice cream within the hour. So helpful and also so delicious. We enjoyed the Oreo Overload and Thin Mint Special Edition flavors!

I was able to try this ice cream at an event last week, and I can say for certain that this is some of the best ice cream I’ve ever had! Their coffee flavored ice cream was out of this world, and there were so many other unique flavorings. I can’t wait to find them at the next brewery they pop up at. I’ve had flight icecream plenty of times but this past weekend I visited their tent at the Easter Egg drop. I got the peeps flavor and it was so darn good! So good that I had to go back to the tent and got a bourbon caramel brownie pint to take home. The bourbon caramel brownie ice cream is so delicious! It has the perfect amount of alcohol and mix ins. I can recommend this place enough! If you ever see them at a pop-up, you have to stop by!

Came across a cart at the Ghost Note Brewery in Dripping Springs and tried the experimental which had a really nice dark-oreo swirl to it - I was not disappointed! It comes in pints or individual servings and is definitely worth checking into when you find it around. I think the owner said that you can follow them on Instagram to see where they'll be, since they aren't usually at the brewery. Highly recommended!

Stopped to visit after doing yard work today and was so glad I had. Got the 4 individual flavors flite and enjoyed every one of them. The Bourbon Caramel Brownie was the overall winner. Not to say the Chocolate Bean to Bar, Wilco Reese’s, and Coffee weren’t also amazing, just the bourbon edged them out slightly. Totally recommend checking them out when you can. Friendly, fun, and fabulous ice cream.
