He will work with you on deciding the best custom flavors that will work well with the theme of your event. I highly recommend having Flight Ice Cream at your next event. .
Met Matt and tried Flight Ice Creams at Jester King yesterday- first things first the ice cream is spectacular. We tried 6 different flavors and there wasn’t a weak one in the whole group, 1st place goes to Tiger tracks or Strawberry Cheesecake IMO (or the Oreo Espresso if you’re my wife).

Matt with Flight Ice Creams is seriously amazing. His ice cream setup at my client's recent wedding was such a hit! Everyone loved it and was such a fun alternative to traditional wedding cake. I tried the coffee/chocolate flavor, and it was so amazing. Can't wait to work with him again.
