She curated the most amazing menu for my husband’s 40th birthday, complete with wine and beer pairings. Everything was either home-grown or fresh from the farmer’s market! Chef Carrie provided an incredible experience for my 70th birthday celebration with my family! She is very detail oriented and made the menu planning effortless! She was super flexible & accommodated a few “dietary special requests” with ease. Her creative tablescape enhanced the exquisite 4 course menu that she prepared so eloquently! I knew the moment we met that we were in for a treat! Her pleasant personality fit right in with our family!! I hired Carrie to cook for my wife and I for our 15th Anniversary. It was always something we wanted to try. I was a little nervous because I wasn't sure if it would be awkward to have someone cook for us in our own home. I couldn't have been more wrong!Carrie was wonderful in every way! From her initial food survey to some minor tweaks to her proposed menu, she was so easy to work with. Her sommelier picked out some fantastic pairing wines, and the meal was tremendous! I wish we had taken pictures, but we were just having too good of a time.The table decorations were beautiful, the food was lovely, and we had a great time interacting with her in between courses. We had just the best time and I am so happy we found Carrie. We already are trying to plan a dinner party so we can have her back out again.Thank you Carrie and the team at Food For Thought!
