She curated the most amazing menu for my husband’s 40th birthday, complete with wine and beer pairings. Everything was either home-grown or fresh from the farmer’s market! Best ever! Hired Carrie a year ago in Austin for my partner’s birthday and it was amazing! Tonight, Carrie and Grayson travelled to Galveston a year later for her birthday again. They really made the evening perfect! Super accommodating, professional, and genuinely nice. And fantastic chefs!
