I had an amazing food experience during my recent visit to Foxy’s Proper Pub. The salmon was cooked on point—perfectly seared on the outside and tender and flaky on the inside. It was full of flavor without being overpowering. What truly impressed me were the vegetables of the day. They were cooked to perfection—fresh, well-seasoned, and had just the right amount of bite.
