Staff is nice and attentive through the assembly line, unfortunately the food was quite bland. The place is obviously fast casual but the tables were not well tended to as I had to clean up the residue and chair prior to sitting down.
Overall not outstanding but also not glaringly bad.
Would go again as they may have been having an off day on food prep.

Didn't even risk getting sick from whatever they call that abomination of a steak quesadilla.

Love me some freebirds. Menu looks limited, but you don't have to eat a burrito. Sometimes the callin and delivery feels like it takes precedence over the in-person.

Been eating at Freebirds for over 15 years now and they have always let me substitute beans for queso and now all of a sudden I'm going to be charged for that now?? I guess Cabo Bob's it is then

recently we tried the Monster Burrito Bowl at Freebirds Burrito, and overall, it was a satisfying experience. The portion size was impressive, and it definitely lived up to its “monster” name. The ingredients tasted somehow fresh, and there was a good variety of toppings to choose from.
However, I found the seasoning to be a bit lacking. While the bowl was filling and hearty, it could have used a bit more flavor to really stand out. Additionally, the service was decent, but it felt a bit rushed during peak hours.
In summary, Freebirds Burrito offers a solid burrito bowl with generous portions. It’s a good choice if you’re looking for a hearty meal, but it might not be the most flavorful option out there.

Yummy like all the other Freebirds...enjoyed the tacos. ADA wheelchair accessible. Great hot sauce. Also try the new Spanish cauliflower for people trying to go healthier. Clean and staffed well.

Great burritos!! The steak was flavorful and they had a lot of great options. The standard burrito was also huge, I saved the other half for later. Chips and queso were great, flavorful queso but not too spicy.

This is our favorite Freebirds in Austin. They take care of us and are always so nice and friendly. The best monster veggie burrito ever!
Vegetarian options: They have some kind of fake meat that I don't ever need or want. Because there are whole black beans and grilled veggies plus all of the extra fixin's that make it easy.

Ordered online not knowing it was 'burrito day'. Instead of turning orders off because they were overwhelmed, they waited til people showed up hungry for their order to tell them they couldn't make it. Horrible way to handle that situation and I have yet to hear back from anyone 3 weeks later. Guess I'm reluctantly a Chipotle fan now.
