Ordered from here 2x very simple orders each time it's been messed up or the wrong order. The number to call never works.

First time in years that I have been to free birds. The food was as good as I remembered it.

I got ripped off. I ordered a quesadilla and he put probably a quarter of a cup of cheese in and started toasting it. I assumed he forgot to ask if I wanted meat in it, so I thought whatever… we get down to the register and he asks me if I wanted meat in it. I asked “well, isn’t it too late” he said no, so he added steak to this barely cheesy tortilla and we called it good. I got a couple of things to dip in, and a drink, and it was $17!! “Quesadilla” is a generous term for what I ate. It tasted fine, but I will not be coming back to pay nearly $20 for steak in a tortilla with a little cheese sprinkled in. I’ll go back to chipotle.

Got a burrito to go from freebird. The burrito was nice. They have sauces like jalapeno ranch etc that make them different from chipotle and slightly better IMHO.

My only complaint was that the lady asked me if I wanted the veggies in the chicken burrito and I said yes and then realized they charged me $2 extra for that. Chipotle does not charge extra for anything except guac and queso which is explicitly mentioned so while the cost itself is not a concern, I wish they made it clear that there was extra charge for almost everything

Very poor service. I have been waiting for 20 minutes and nothing of my existence. I ordered nachos and it was poor servings. I usually come very weekend but this time was poor

Absolutely Love Freebirds. Service has always been spectacular at this location specifically.
The Owner must really be a genuinely good person to do the Sunday Special for Kids.

Good food. That's really all that needs to be said.

Just visited this location March 28,2025. Dillon was fantastic! The service was amazing even with the crowd becoming overwhelming during our visit. Dillon and only one other guy were working and had no less than 30 orders from the time we arrived until we left. This guys definitely deserves a raise!

The food and service were impeccable as always; its just sad it seems like the new normal here is for one employee to work the entire front of house by themselves with no help. I watched one employee make the burritos on the line for customers in line and both online orders. He also cleaned the line, worked the register, cleaned the dining area, stocked the line and the drink station. He did an excellent job but seems extremely over-worked and it doesn't seem fair all the tasks are solely on his shoulders, whereas before there were other employees on the schedule working as well. This also made the wait time much longer than it usually is.

Pretty yummy but the chicken was undercooked. It was a lil pink 😬 let’s hope I don’t get sick.

Was going to give two stars because it was still tasty but decided not to because the whole place was very stinky. Dead animal maybe?

Horrible food. My nachos were sooo dry and the chips were stale. Hardly put any queso on them… I had to eat my nachos with a fork cause nothing would stick to the chips. It was cold also within the 5 min drive home. So disappointing, last time I got nachos here it was great.

yeah i’m never coming to this location or probably any other freebirds again. serving size was really small & food tasted dry and undercooked

stick to chipotle or cabo bobs, much better taste & freshness of food
