Po boy's are excellent here. Lots of spicy cajun options too. Feels like a much fancier place given the reasonable meal prices at lunch time. Eat here all the time and it's always delicious with friendly staff.
Excellent food and service. I had the pecan crusted trout with shrimp in a cream sauce, it was absolutely delicious. So was the fried green tomatoes topped with crab. I cannot recommend this restaurant enough.
We love to come here. The food is always expertly prepared and delicious. Great cocktails. I had the Sazarac. The Oysters Rockafeller is so good. A fried oyster on top of each broiled oyster. We usually get the redfish Ponchatrain, but tonight we had the special. Blackened flounder with a lemon caper dill cream sauce topped with shrimp. Stewed cabbage and mashed potatoes. Hot bread and seasoned butter. The Tabasco cheesecake is really good for dessert. Prompt and friendly service....
