I recently checked out Fresh Bowl, and I’ve got to say, it’s a gem for Vietnamese food lovers! They made their pho noodle and banh mi fresh in-house everyday which I find pretty rare in Austin.
My office ordered in the house special bánh mì last week it was a total hit! The flavor was on point, and everyone was raving about it. The bread was perfectly crispy, and the fillings were fresh and tasty definitely a great combo.
The atmosphere is chill, and the staff is really nice.

This is the only spot where I can really get the authentic taste of Hu Tieu Go Saigon! Their shaken beef is super tender and juicy, not the dry stuff you find at most places. It’s become our go-to family spot for a weekly visit!

I brought one of my favorite people here for dinner, and she said the food was really good.
I’ve been here multiple times for takeout after work because they serve flavorful Vietnamese street food with such authentic taste.
Today, we dined in and ordered the crawfish fried rice and fried rice noodles both were absolutely delicious!
I also ordered a Vietnamese salty coffee for my friend’s husband; it looked amazing, and I’m sure it tasted just as good.
They even play Vietnamese music, which made it feel just like home , I loved it. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone.
The staff were so nice, friendly, and attentive, which made the experience even better.
Thank you ♥️

Today was my day off, and I decided to take my son out to eat. I chose Fresh Bowl because it's close to home, but unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing.
We sat at our table for over 15 minutes, and no one came to take our order—even though the restaurant wasn't busy at all. I had to flag someone down just to get basic service.
I asked for a pair of scissors, and they were visibly dirty. The spoons were stuck together, and when I finally got them apart, they still had sticky fish sauce on them. I requested a clean set, but even the replacements weren’t properly washed.
The food didn’t make up for the poor service either. The steamed egg tasted old—like it had been reheated multiple times. The top was dried out and separated, which is a clear sign it wasn’t freshly made. On top of that, the fish sauce was extremely sweet and off-balance.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but this visit was unacceptable. Safe to say I won’t be coming back.

Awful service. No hello, no thank you. They just ignore you, aside from bringing menu and water bottle and take order. I don't need to be asked how my day is or how everything was, but this place is cold. Even the payment, which you walk up to the register, not a single thank you.

This place used to be called Pho King. The old lady gets very angry if you don't give them a good tip even though they don't really wait your table, they just bring the food. Her son is also very mean.

Really hidden behind stuff on parmer rd. There is plenty of parking. The seating is comfortable. Service is great and food didn't take long either. We got the Tso chicken rice and spring rolls. Both dishes looked authentic and had fresh ingredients.
The place had a weird fishy odor but maybe thats the seafood they serve. Prices are reasonable and portions are decent. The ambiance is held with low playing music.
The tso chicken was too sweet for my taste and the rolls were fresh but a bit bland. Had to use the hot sauce to make it taste decent. Maybe we tried the wrong food but maybe I'll the next time I go, i will get a pho.
Overall, would not go again.

I am Vietnamese, so I can tell this is the most authentic Vietnamese restaurant in Austin. Dont just eat Pho when you come here, because other dishes are delicious. They dont Chineselize or Americanize food, just pure Vietnamese. Also come with reasonable price.

Quality has gone down over the past 1 year. Specifically the pho. You pay $16.50 for a large pho but you’re only given 2-3 halves of the meatball, a few thinly sliced beef, and if you’re lucky? A few thinly shears of tripe that you have dig deep for at the bottom. Even if you get the combo option, the bowl mainly consists of soup and noodles.
The servers are nice, food gets here quick, they give you bottled water.
