The coffee is actually really good here and the service here is extremely welcoming to the customers! I’ve ordered from this coffee place so many times, that they know both of the orders that I switch between, which is very impressive to me.

I ordered their Mango Colada after my workout and before a grocery run and it hit the spot in this heat. Small but mighty place with plenty of choices, both coffee and fruity drinks. Will definitely try other beverages here.

I have been to Fresh Sip three times and have ordered 2 lotus drinks and 1 mocha frappuccino. Everything about Fresh Sip deserves a rating of 5. Frankly, my experience was much better than Starbucks. I recommend Fresh Sip inside the H-E-B at FM 620 and Anderson Mill Road.
