Frost Gelato

It seems they keep increasing the price every other month. A few months back the small cup Gelato was close to $5.45 and now its 6.45 plus tips. This is going out of hands. Its insane how they are increasing their prices.

They taste so good. I will be back.

Friendly staff. Delicious ice cream

This is a very serious and dangerous complaint.

I purchased ice cream from your store, and I found an insect inside the ice cream. After consuming it, I experienced severe stomach discomfort and nausea. This is not only disgusting, but a direct threat to public health.

If my condition worsens or turns into a serious illness, I will not let this matter go under any circumstances and I will pursue this issue to the fullest legal extent. I have clear evidence, including photos and the purchase receipt.

This incident shows a serious violation of food safety and hygiene standards. Such negligence can lead to serious illness and legal consequences. I expect this matter to be investigated immediately and to receive a responsible and satisfactory response. Otherwise, I will proceed with filing formal complaints with the Health Department and other relevant authorities.

Public health is not negotiable.

If you have ever enjoyed the wonderful gelato in Italy, you will be so happy to discover Frost! We go to Frost at The Domain in Austin which is as good as the best gelato we have had in Italy and even better than some we have had.

Parsa and his wife not only make creamy, tasty gelato but they keep the shop sparkling, clean and comfortable, inside and out.

We love the Pistachio and Black Cherry as they are our favorites in Italy. The Chocolate is so yummy, as well!!! I’m sure they are all delicious!

They also have take-home treats as well!!
We live downtown Austin but never go to The Domain without stopping at Frost.

There’s a looong line most of the times. Also, too many flavors to choose from. So be prepared.

The gelato is very flavorful and extremely soft. For sure a must try.

we was seating with friends on the Frost Gelato and one customer entered to the store with dog and the dog came to us and want suck my ice cream on my hand and tried bite my hand the store representative didn’t do anything I never recommend the ice cream store to anyone

I got the pistachio and hazelnut. Both were great, and highly recommend them. The wife got the strawberry, and we both thought it was too sweet.

Always stopping by to this gelato place when go to Austin by domain.. a lot varieties taste, homemade and so fresh and not to sweet .. worth any penny..

Rude staff and poor cleanliness. Lots of other places to get overpriced ice cream...

the store itself was not clean. the state of this establishment made me sick to my stomach. no one should be wasting their money here. flavors are always out of stock and the customer service is questionable. DONT even get me started on how horribly management treats the workers, i’ve only been here a few times but the treatment i witnessed, broke my heart. overall, this is one of the worst ice cream stores i’ve ever been to.
