The food was cold when delivered. The chicken sandwich is okay and about on par with Flyrite, however I had higher expectations. I would say 30% overpriced for the quality. I hope this is simple growing pains and they’re able to improve.

Food arrived room temp and fries seemed old, and I live close to the ghost kitchen so it wasn't due to sitting in traffic. Sandwiches were haphazardly assembled with scant toppings. The chicken was thin and overcooked. Food did arrive on time but due to the shortcomings and high price tag I would not recommend.
Food was the coldest Uber eats I’ve ever ordered. It was definitely not the drivers fault bc she was the faster Uber Eats delivery I’ve ever received. The fries were stale and cold and hard. Sandwich was also cold. Was so excited for this place. Major bummer.

I wish I could give Fuku ZERO stars.. They are the WORST chicken place ever. David Chang should probably change his name to, David doesn't care about his customers, only money... The chicken sandwich was paper thin and burnt to a crisp. Don't waste your money on this place.

This was the most disappointing takeout I've eaten in a really long time. The seasoning was on par with most fast food restaurants. The toppings were limp and flavorless. But, worst pf all, everything arrived super cold (despite the Uber making good time). So sad. I'm never ordering from this place again.

Don’t bother with this place. It’s nothing like David’s other restaurants. I ordered both chicken sandwich meal options, sauces and drinks. I got a total of 4 waffle fries in each sleeves. The sandwiches were thrown together so poorly and squished down that I’ve seen better presentation from McDonalds. Ordered a coke and XXX Vitamin Water but received two cokes and a bottle water… ordered Fuku ranch but got Kens steakhouse buttermilk ranch and Sysco brand mustard and ketchup, which are trash quality condiments. The food got to me in less than 30 minutes but it somehow was still cold. Not enough msg in this meal to fix the disappointing experience.
