Food: La Cubana… As a Miami girl who’s grown up with Cuban culture and lived in Miami for 23 years this was not a Cuban sandwich. Drinks were okay; I had a mango-rita.

Service: Horrible. I made a reservation two weeks ago, we arrived 10 minutes early, and still had to wait 45 minutes the same wait time as walk-ins.

Atmosphere: It was windy, yet they still had the fans on. When we asked about turning them off, they said they couldn’t because of other tables. But I kept seeing people at those tables rearranging themselves because the fans were making them or their food cold.

Parking: The place is small (a house made as tiny restaurant with two small bathrooms), parking lot is by the hour. Should just Uber yourself.

Wheelchair accessibility: Yes but is in the other side by the parking lot. Would’ve be able to fit thru the small door the host.

Gabriela’s Downtown.

What can I say, best brunch in Downtown Austin. Bloody Mary’s are kept plain simple (amazing). The menu is so delicious you can’t go wrong. My personal favorite are the chilaquiles.

The service sucked! My food was wrong and when I made the server aware she stared at me with a blank face and just walked away. We had two different waiters at the time our food was ordered and you can tell there was no communication about our order. Our drinks came out after we already ate, should have went to Wendy’s instead …

Place was okay, took about 20 minutes to get service after being seated. Overall, the drinks were not enjoyable.

Terrible margaritas used very old limes and nasty cheap mix. Couldn’t park because of holes in the parking lot. Dirty and unkept restaurant overall. Not even worth the happy hour prices.

I’ll just keep my review short. The service was painfully slow, waited almost an hour for food. The steak burrito I ordered tasted bad and ended up giving my girlfriend and I food poisoning. Avoid this place, not worth getting sick over mediocre food.

I had the worst experience at this place! The servers made a mistake on my order and when I asked them to please fix it, they got combative and unprofessional. The waitress insisted that she wasn’t going to take fault for it and the “manager” was acting like an immature high schooler. If I could give zero stars I would! The food wasn’t all that great either! Super overpriced for below average food. All the servers seemed too busy talking and looking at their phones to bother doing their job.
