My son and I go to Galaxy often when he comes to town, and we last ate there for brunch about two weeks ago. The staff is always happy and helpful, but OMG, I chose the Mediterranean eggs breakfast with ciabatta bread. It was the MOST delicious, healthy, and flavorful breakfast I’ve had in forever! It also comes with a side of fresh fruit. We were saddened to see it less full right after COVID, but it was hopping 2 weeks ago. Bravo 👏 Galaxy!!! I hope to keep coming for years...

We stopped in for lunch at Galaxy Café, and the food was awesome. I had the Zócalo Burger and it was fire 🔥—juicy, flavorful, and cooked just right. The sweet potato fries were also delicious 🤤, perfectly crisp and full of flavor. I’d definitely recommend this spot for anyone craving bowls or burgers because the food really hits the mark.
That being said, I did notice some issues with the service....

Unfortunately, the person taking orders acted like it was a huge inconvenience to take our order. It wasn't busy. Our order had no modifications. It wasn't close to closing or opening time. Sorry to interrupt your socializing with the rest of the staff, I guess. Nevertheless, y'all got a 25%...
