Dinner for 3. Spouse ordered the tacos and soup. Tortilla soup that was more like vegetable soup. The tacos were over stuff with extra tortilla. Just make 4 tacos. I had the steak. It was over cooked- I said rare to medium rare. Got medium. Chimichurri on the steak was abysmal. Had to ask for a side of it. The veggie side was perfect. Kiddo got Mac n cheese with fruit. I had a positive experience in this cafe. It's not too crowded. They had wifi so I was able to do my work from there. The servers are all nice to you and it's spacey. The food is good but I thought it was bit overpriced for a diner (that's just my opinion). Parking was also easily accessible. Overall, I give it a 5 and it's somewhere I would perhaps visit again.
Galaxy Cafe's Denver scramble is a delight! The seasoning is spot-on, and the variety of jellies is a nice touch. However, the portion left me wanting a bit more. I do appreciate the comfortable dining atmosphere, with both pleasant indoor and outdoor seating options.
