I can't say enough about the fantastic experience I had at Gatti's on Parmer! The atmosphere was buzzing with positive energy, and the service was absolutely top-notch. I went in after donating blood to claim my well-deserved reward: a complimentary double mushroom pizza. And let me tell you, it was sensational! The crust was perfectly crispy, the sauce was tangy, and the mushrooms were piled on high. But the best part was the incredible team. Cherry, who helped me with my order, was so friendly and enthusiastic. Her assistant, KT, was equally wonderful. They made the whole visit a joy. If you're looking for great pizza and even better service, this is the place to be!

OZZY is a sweetheart and can truly keep his cool in high volume, high stress situations with customers and with a full kitchen. He's patient and needs a raise. He kept the front of the house calm when they were swamped.

Ordered pepperoni pizzas and pepperoni rolls from them, off of Uber eats. They took forever to make it and then it came in looking and tasting like a tottinos pizza. The pizza rolls were tasteless and the cheese inside wasn't even melted. 1/10 do not recommend

I moved to this area and wanted to get a pizza so I searched for the closest pizza place near me and found this one. I went to the store and started to read the menu in big posters at the top. The lady looked at me and said this is pizza store . We sell pizza here!
When you see someone does not look like you, don’t assume they don’t know what the pizza is. Also, it’s not a crime to great people and smile on their face.

Placed an order for pickup online. Website said 20min. Gave them extra time and showed up around 35 - 40min. When I arrived I was told my pizza wasn't ready and it would be 10 more minutes. This is the second time this has occured.

I used to come to this location closer to my house. Previously, we had a bad experience.We placed an order.My husband shows to pick up the order and we were received with bad customer service. Instead of going back-and-forth with my husband that we did not place an order.Things should have been made right and just taking another order. Today I called to place an order and give them another chance.Thinking well maybe they have better staff and will get treated better. I call I speak to a manager and i'm told we are not allowed to take orders from you. I explained now I understand what happened when we originally called to place an order.My wireless provider had my last name listed differently.So when my husband shows up they say they have no order under my name. Regardless, we should have been treated with better customer service.Not knowing the entire situation the staff at that time treated us as liars.I guess they didn't bother to verify my phone number. Either way, this location does not deserve our money with this type of treatment.I am going to file a complaint with the corporate office.No customers should be treated this way. I have to drive seventeen miles to the flugerville location because of this nonsense. A business owner must understand what is going on at their location. Priority should always be great customer service. Customers are the bread and butter and if they don't appreciate their customers , this business will not survive.

I've been coming to this location pretty frequently for a while and have had nothing but fantastic service. The food is consistently delicious and well-made, and the turnaround time between ordering and getting my food is super quick. All the staff there is great and have always been kind and helpful. Christalyn is lovely and helpful, and Cherry is excellent at her job and so personable! This location is the best, most reliable pizza joint I know, and I highly recommend them to anyone living in or traveling through the area! 11/10 ?
