Ordered pepperoni pizzas and pepperoni rolls from them, off of Uber eats. They took forever to make it and then it came in looking and tasting like a tottinos pizza. The pizza rolls were tasteless and the cheese inside wasn't even melted. 1/10 do not recommend

I moved to this area and wanted to get a pizza so I searched for the closest pizza place near me and found this one. I went to the store and started to read the menu in big posters at the top. The lady looked at me and said this is pizza store . We sell pizza here!
When you see someone does not look like you, don’t assume they don’t know what the pizza is. Also, it’s not a crime to great people and smile on their face.

Placed an order for pickup online. Website said 20min. Gave them extra time and showed up around 35 - 40min. When I arrived I was told my pizza wasn't ready and it would be 10 more minutes. This is the second time this has occured.

I used to come to this location closer to my house. Previously, we had a bad experience.We placed an order.My husband shows to pick up the order and we were received with bad customer service. Instead of going back-and-forth with my husband that we did not place an order.Things should have been made right and just taking another order. Today I called to place an order and give them another chance.Thinking well maybe they have better staff and will get treated better. I call I speak to a manager and i'm told we are not allowed to take orders from you. I explained now I understand what happened when we originally called to place an order.My wireless provider had my last name listed differently.So when my husband shows up they say they have no order under my name. Regardless, we should have been treated with better customer service.Not knowing the entire situation the staff at that time treated us as liars.I guess they didn't bother to verify my phone number. Either way, this location does not deserve our money with this type of treatment.I am going to file a complaint with the corporate office.No customers should be treated this way. I have to drive seventeen miles to the flugerville location because of this nonsense. A business owner must understand what is going on at their location. Priority should always be great customer service. Customers are the bread and butter and if they don't appreciate their customers , this business will not survive.

I've been coming to this location pretty frequently for a while and have had nothing but fantastic service. The food is consistently delicious and well-made, and the turnaround time between ordering and getting my food is super quick. All the staff there is great and have always been kind and helpful. Christalyn is lovely and helpful, and Cherry is excellent at her job and so personable! This location is the best, most reliable pizza joint I know, and I highly recommend them to anyone living in or traveling through the area! 11/10 ?

Ignore all the other bad reviews. Im very happy with this location. Never have and had any problems.the employees there are very nice and proper. Very clean and organized And the management is very nice and outgoing never any issues. Food is always cooked right and fresh. They make it the u place ur order.. they are better then other pizza places I've been to. A place to order good pizza come here and get it.

All other locations have way higher reviews that this one, and it’s no surprise. The employees are rude and slow and treat their customers like garbage. Choose a different spot. They don’t want your business. The manager with the braided beard cusses at customers, cancels orders if you question their service, and has a serious power trip. The old lady that works there finds ways not to help. I told the employee my name for pick up. Instead of verifying how I spell my name, he just ignored me and went to do something else. When the old lady working finally got up for her stool to try and help customers, she found my pizza. I had been there 15 minutes at this point while they argued with another customer, ahead of me, about not wanting to make a fresh pizza because she felt her pizza looked old. It did look old. The manager cussed at the customer and then when she called him out he denied it and acted childish, slammed her refund receipt in front of her and went back to sit on his stool. Mind you this customer never raised her voice or was rude, just didn’t want the old pizza. The employees then belittled the customer behind her back when she left. When I told them the other customer was right and my pizza was getting old too they canceled my order. Seinfeld soup N*zi stuff. There are plenty of options in this area better than this location. Go to anyone other than this one. You will regret it. In my opinion . They are overwhelmed and undertrained. You deserve better than this spot.

Received 2 pizzas when I bought only 1, because of the wait when they accidentally made the pizza wrong on a carry out order. Great service to make up for the wait. Pizza is really good. This place is getting a bad wrap. Just give them a chance, they’re honest and they make great pizza. The owners are nice
