I order pick up while heading to my Moms and have interacted with Jeremy, a few times, and he’s always polite and friendly. Pizza is ready or almost ready when I arrive. Never had a long wait. I love Mr. Gatti’s. Thank y’all from an Austinite 🍕👏🏽

I ordered food online. Thinking I would get a fresh pizza. But once arrived and checked the box in the truck and noticed the pizza wasn’t even fresh. Like if it was sitting for least 30 minutes. Let’s get it together and work on accuracy. And time to put the orders in the oven.

I place an order online, go pick it up when it's ready which is usually 30 minutes, and I'm on my way. I've never had any issues with this place, and I highly recommend ordering pizza here, especially if you live close by.

I ordered a 2-topping pizza. There's hardly any pizza sauce on my pizza. It was dry and disgusting! Also I didn't order a 2 litre soda and I didn't get any ranch.

I called to place my order to pick up and Thelma answered who proceeded to let me know very clearly through her tone and exasperated sighs that I was inconveniencing her by placing my order. Every question I asked received snarky replies as well. I love Gatti's Pizza but if this is the person they allow to be the face of this location, I'll not be returning.
